The Lalande de Pomerol is made from 80.00% Merlot and 20.00% Cabernet Franc grapes. This magnificent cru is vinified by the daughter of Alain Aubert (Ch. La Couspaude), Héloise Aubert. Is it a coincidence that the wine is very refined and feminine, just like the winemaker? In any case, the clay-lime terroir has delivered a beautiful wine, full, sensual and fairly quickly accessible, but with storage potential. It is an opulent Lalande Pomerol, with a lot of fine fruit, fine tannins and a very nice intensity. The wood is well dosed and the taste is deliciously soft!

The Saint Estèphe is made from grapes from the vineyards of the Château Tour Coutelin. The area of the vineyard is 12 hectares with vines Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 45% and Cabernet Franc 5% with an average age of 25 years. The picking is manual. Traditional vinification with temperature control. Maturing takes place in oak barrels for 12 to 15 months, which are renewed every 4 years. The color is a beautiful deep ruby red. On the nose notes of toasted bread and ripe fruits. Tempered tannins on the palate, well balanced with a finish of abundant fruit. Perfectly drank.

Château Fougueyrat was run until the Millennium Change by the Nicoux family as a very good Saint Emilion Grand Cru. After all, the excellent terroir where the vineyards thrive testifies to great class. With prestigious Grand Cru Classé neighbors such as Cap de Mourlin, Soutard, Larmande and Dassault, that is difficult to contradict. In 2001, the Mortelmans family acquired the 7 hectares of beautifully situated vineyards with its cellars. To preserve the Château to the select group of Saint Emilion Grand Crus, everything and everyone was promptly re-tuned for quality. The vineyards are located on the famous limestone rock of Saint Emilion and are planted with 85% merlot, 10% cabernet franc and 5% cabernet sauvignon. They were realigned and even partially replanted. Thanks to a double pruning (vendanges vertes), nothing but quality is pursued in the vineyards. In the cellars, alcoholic fermentation can be monitored very precisely thanks to small thermo-controlled stainless steel cuves. The education on French oak barrels has been revised, for example 1 / 4th of oak barrels are renewed annually. The remaining wine matures in 1 or 2 year old barrels.

The Petit Chablis has all the characteristics of a Chablis white flower aroma mixed with citrussy notes on a mineral base. The mouth is light and lively with a balanced acidity. The Gérard Tremblay family is the fifth generation to radiate the family crest with pride. They have expanded their fifth-generation property from 12 hectares to 33 hectares. These 33 hectares are only planted with Chardonnay canes! Another grape variety may not be planted in Chablis. The area for the Petit Chablis is 5.5 ha. Chablis 15 hectares and the 1er Cru and Grand Cru's 12.5 hectares. Guardians of tradition and with a great love for wine, Gerard and Vincent Tremblay cultivate over 30 hectares of vineyard and produce wines from 4 different AOC Chablis appellations. Their wines are made with great care, love and real attention to detail.
